Event – 13 to 20 September, 2025
The Lower Silesian Science Festival is a popular event which takes place every year in September for Wrocław.
This free event aims to popularise education and science and is organised by different public or private institutions that give access to workshops, conferences or laboratory visits that usually are closed to visitors and it addresses everyone interested in science, technology, culture, and art.
This year, Coventry University Wrocław is taking part in the event by organising four workshops designed by our experts from various fields, tailored for students ranging from nursery to high school. All workshops will take place on campus.
The topics are:
- Escape Room ‘Become a detective – Discover the secrets of chemistry!’
- The black box doesn’t lie: Behind the scenes of aviation accident investigations
- Nailed It! Why We Fear Public Speaking – And How Science Can Boost Your Confidence and Make You a Better Speaker.
